MACHINE CONTROL SYSTEM

Machine control system is mounted on the tractor.It consists of the following component:

a) RECEIVER having 360' reception,mounted on an electronic power mast attached to bucket.precision 1mm,capture Heights:8"/203mm, Operating temp.-20'c/-4'F to +55'c/132'F, water and dust resistant:IP65

b) DIGITAL CONTROL BOX having 5 Light Auto Panel with keys and LED display for manual and automatic control.

c) CABLE SET consisting of 1 power cable (for powering system from tractor), 1 receiver connecting cable (for connecting receiver & control box) & 1 hydraulic control cable(for connecting control box to hydraulic valves)

LASER TRANSMITTER SYSTEM

LASER TRANSMITTER having working operational range:800m(2500 feet)Diameter,Accuracy:1/16 inch.at 100 feet,Automatic self-leveling up to 5% & automatic elevation alert system,near red diode beam,operating temp.-20'C/-4'F to +55'C/132'F. Comes with a rugged carrying case.

It consists of the following items: a) Rechargeable battery & battery charger. b) AC power cable for charging the transmitter. c) Tripod for mounting the transmitter. d) Rod eye sensor for surveying ground before and after leveling operation. e) Leveling staff/rod: Used as a telescopic probe with rod eye sensor.

SCRAPER BUCKET SYSTEM

Scraper bucket is equipped with heavy duty frame with optional tyre selection(single axle two tyres & single axle four tyres),complete hydraulic system with cylinders, hoses,valves and laser hook-up fitting for automatic operating of scraper bucket.

Main Frame: 50x10mm M.S.Flat,100x100x5mm Sq.Pipe frame with Centre support of 100mm Sq. Pipe.

Bucket Sheet: 10mm thick

Scraping Blade: 15mm Thickness

Drawbar: 100mm Square Pipe

Hydraulic Cylinder:3 Ton(capacity) with solenoid value and cables
